DRILL PUMP WITH ELECTRIC WIRE

The drill pump with electric wire is intended for:
• feeding circulating fluid when drilling oil and gas bores;
• for feeding water in the geological horizon for intensifying oil output;
• for pumping various non-aggressive liquids including watery oil.

Water and mud solution may be used as flushing or pumped liquid.
The composition of mechanical impurities (sand, solid particles of drilling returns) must be not more than 1% of the volume with hardness up to 1200 units according to the HV scale.

Power-supply system – 3-phase AC network with nominal voltage of 380 V аrequency of 50 Hz, Norms of electric energy quality as per GOST 31309-98.
The rotary drive of pump transmission shaft is activated from the explosion-protected electric motor through the V-belt transmission.
The piston pipe is fixed to the frame of aggregate by bolts. The electric motor is installed on the plate which is fixed to the frame of aggregate by bolts. The grooves intended for fixing bolts of the electric motor plate are foreseen on the frame of the aggregate.
