The tongs is designed to be used under conditions of temperate and cold (region L2) macroclimate regions in accordance with standard GOST 16350-80 at ambient air temperature from -40°C to +50°C. Stationary automated drilling tongs AKB-4
The tongs are intended for mechanization of spinning and unscrewing processes of drill pipes and casings during tripping processes. They are used during drilling oil and gas bores. The tongs block is a main mechanism, performing spinning and unscrewing pipes. The tongs block moves along the carriage on the guide skids by the action of two double acting pneumatic cylinders, providing admission of pipe chuck device to the drill pipe and tapping from it. Rotation of pipe chuck device of tongs block – from the pneumatic motor through the reducer. The carriage rotates freely in the upper part of the stand of pipes and it position is not fixed during operation. The carriage with tongs block may move along the stand of pipes from top to bottom. The tongs are fixed rigidly to the foundation of drill site by the lower part of casing The tongs are controlled from the remote panel.

Pipe suspended tongs KPT
The suspended hydraulic pipe tongs are intended for mechanization of spinning-unscrewing drill and pump-compressor pipes (NKT) in the course of maintenance overhaul and overhaul repair of oil and gas bores as the part of hoist units of type Az-37, UPT-50, A-50, Cooper, Cremco. The tongs have a suspension-canceller for vertical movement. The hydraulic actuator operates from the hydraulic system of hoist unit. The set of hoses for connecting to hydraulic system of hoist unit is supplied with tongs. The pipe chuck device of tongs is cammed, blocking is provided which prevents switching on when the door is open.
There is a system of rotation torque visual control. The planetary gear unit and wheel box provide two speeds of rotator revolving. There is an adjustable hydraulic valve restricting the rotation torque.

The tongs KPGR are intended for operation in moderate and cold (region I2) macroclimate regions as per GOST 16350. The climate execution is UHL, the category of tongs placement during operation 1 as per GOST 15150

The tongs KPGR-9 are convenient and safe equipment for performing operations of spinning and unscrewing NKT with nominal diameter of 60, 73 and 89 mm (against separate order 48, 102 and 114 mm). The construction of tongs reducer is simple and reliable. They consist of the planetary gearing placed right under the hydraulic motor, and of the system of gear wheels which provides rotation of rotor at two gears (low and high), depending on the position of change-gear lever. The adjusting valve provides the set rotation torque which is necessary for faultless wrapping thread connection of the concrete standard size.
