LEAD IMPRESSION BLOCKS
The lead impression blocks are intended for receiving prints of objects, situated in the bore, on the frontal or side surface. The conic impression block is used for detecting the surface of crush or water erosion of casings, it has a metal core with an internal hole intended for circulation fluid and circular slots for provision of stable bond of lead with the body. The exterior of the impression block is filled with lead. It has a thread in the upper part for connection to the drill stem. The flat impression blocks are used to detect the character of drill pipes' demolition and their position in relation to the center of bore, they are used for detecting the boring head position and metal objects situated in the bottom.

They are used at any stage of drilling process and repair of bore. They are installed by one person in short period of time. Readjustment for pipes of various diameter is performed by changing the set of seal. Installation of seals and internal chambers is lightened by using tightening dowels (without usage of threaded connections). These chambers are compatible with all types of liquid. |

HINGED JOINTS ZKSh and KShUWide usage of hinged joints is stipulated by quick connection of high-pressure pipelines providing free mutual turn and rotation of pipeline elements during its mounting and dismantling. The lock and swivel block of hinged joint including one or two ring lines of balls (ZKSh) or a ring line of rollers (KShU), provides rotational freedom and accepts heavy thrust forces, resulting from pressure of substance, pumped through the orifice of joint. Hermetization of clearances between components of joint is performed by means of sealing. The base members (angles) are made of cast steel blanks (ZKSh) or from forged steel blanks (KShU).
