RING MILLS (FK, FKi, FKU, FKUi)

The ring mills (FK) are intended for cutting caught-on drill, pump and compressor pipes. Equipment: hardmetal plates, hardmetal teeth are intended for dealing with cement stone, formation, deposits, slush with separate metal inclusions, impregnated ones are intended for dealing with metal objects. For milling metal objects of high hardness, under special order, there is a possibility to produce ring mills with teeth of material "Slavutich" (hard alloy with reinforcing by natural diamonds). Three types of these mills are produced: 1st variant – connection for welding, 2nd variant – with thread connection, 3rd variant with a prolonged case (U)

CONICAL STRING MILL (REAMER) (FKK)

The reamers (FKK) are intended for milling damaged areas (crushes, demolitions) during total overhaul of bores. Four types of equipment are produced: 1 – hardmetal plates, 2 – hardmetal plates and teeth, 3 – impregnated by hardmetal chips.

MAGNETIC MILL-CATCHER (FLM)

The magnetic mill-catchers are intended for milling and removing small metal objects with ferromagnetic properties situated in the bore bottom. The magnetic mill-catcher consists of a body and an adapter. The magnetic system assembled on the basis of separate permanent magnets is inserted inside the body, the cutting face is reinforced by a composite alloy. Its principle of operation is based on usage of cutting face of the body for milling and usage of permanent magnet for catching and removing small metal objects.

PILOT MILLS (FP)

HYDRAULIC EXTENDABLE MILLS (FR)

The hydraulic extendable mills are intended for cutting the area in the boring casing throughout the whole diameter at any interval of well bore for following predrilling of the second stems. The mill is equipped with a return valve and a set of casing centralizers. It is a hydraulic device where the cutting blades are pushed in their working position due to the drop of pressure, and complete opening of the blades is fixed by pressure fall observed at the manometer of the manifold pressure line. The supplied blades are replaced easily in the conditions of drill site.

END MILLS (FT)

The end mills (FT) are intended for cutting cement stone and metal objects in the cased wells in order to trim or clean them along the whole section of stem.
