Bell Socket of Type KSPurpose:The bell sockets are intended for catching by screwing on the external surface of collars, clutch locks or upset (at the same time the broken or disrupted upper part of pipe is passed through the bell socket) and following removing of drill pump and compressor or casings when performing fishing operations in the oil, gas or geological exploration bores. Structure:The bell socket is a pipe branch, the upper part of which has a connection thread , the lower part of which has an internal die thread with conicity 1:16. The bell sockets are produced of hammered alloy-treated steel. Depending on the conditions of bell socket usage may have various structural variations. |
